6th Class recently wrapped up their study of the 1916 Rising with an impressive display of their work for 3rd, 4th and 5th Class pupils. The children showcased a range of fantastic projects, including factual presentations on the key figures and events of the 1916 Rising, reports based on our class novel The Guns of Easter by Gerald Whelan, and detailed 3D models of the GPO during the Rising. The display highlighted the students' hard work, creativity and understanding of this important period in Irish history.
