This afternoon, 3rd & 4th Class enjoyed an online workshop with local author Edwina Guckian. She read from her book ‘Sparks from the Flagstones’ and shared stories of the many traditions featured in it. Edwina shared lots of tips with us on how to find out and gather our own local folklore which we could use to write our own Folklore books. She also taught us a dance and had us all up dancing. We really enjoyed the workshop and we look forward to reading her new book!
